Responsibilities:

  • Role model exemplary customer service behaviors and provide a great customer experience to all customers and associates.
  • Engage associates, promote open communication, provide recognition, and coaching in the moment.
  • Touch base with each associate to establish priorities and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Monitor the front-end experience and ensure a great first and last impression for customers.
  • Observe and provide feedback to the Customer Service Lead on speed of checkout, line management, and friendliness.
  • Review daily staffing, lunch/break schedules, and cashier coverage to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Assign back-up cashiers to ensure timely processing during peak periods.
  • Evaluate recovery needs, monitor fitting room, selling floor, front end, missing ticket trouble rack, and sizing recovery.
  • Follow-up on assigned workload planner and tasks and ensure completion.
  • Conduct AM/PM store rallies to motivate and engage associates.
  • Complete closing communication for the opening Manager on Duty.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide coaching and recognition to associates.
  • Knowledge of store operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
