General This is a full-time position that reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and interacts with all employees of the Company as a member of the People Services Team. Duties and Responsibilities Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with internal and external branding and hiring needs to include:

Full cycle recruitment for all positions under Eastern Air Holdings. Monitor and respond to inquiries on sites such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc. Work with the marketing department to advertise Eastern on platforms such as Facebook, Linked In, etc. Attend in-person and virtual job fairs advertising Eastern and the opportunities that we have available, with the approval of the Chief Administrative Officer. Responsible for internal and external job postings on various sites; management of new postings. Support and advertise job postings internally to encourage internal promotion and movement. Rotation of old postings to maximize visibility. Ensure that when a posting has closed, it is removed from all sites. Move candidates through the process of phone screening, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews to either the offer letter phase or the de-commission phase. Recruit according to the needs of each class as provided to you by the Talent Acquisition Manager. Ensure accurate record keeping of all candidate documentation per state and federal law. Ensure candidates have a positive experience regardless of the outcome of their interviews. Assist with new hire orientation, class or training room set up, lunch coordination Social Media Management – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc Administrative duties such as filing, coping, scanning, newsletter coordination, mail distribution, and other duties as needed.

Other Responsibilities Other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager or Director of People Services. Qualifications Previous recruitment experience is required. Agency experience is a plus. ADP experience is preferred Ability lifting up to 20 lbs Must possess strong oral and written communication skills; Intermediate‐to‐advanced computer skills with intermediate keyboarding /data-entry abilities; Ability to work under pressure in a team environment; Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and a driving record from the state of your primary residence that meets the Company’s insurance standards; Pass a pre-employment drug test, and criminal history records check (CHRC); Eligible to work in the United States; Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
