**Scope of Position:**

* Project analyst within CSS to participate on projects that include cost reductions, process improvements, PeopleSoft or SAP deployments, Shared Service integrations, Finance system upgrades, business process design and new functional process/technology introductions.

* May need to participate in multiple smaller scope projects depending on project portfolio and business needs

**Day to Day Responsibilities:**

* Support functional design of system functionality and / or processes

* Performs project analysis, reviews and documents beginning-to-end project requirements, ensuring process compliance

* Supports and documents configuration requirements, business rules, functional requirements, and data modeling requirements

* Develop test requirements and execute test scripts

* Creates content geared towards change management plans, reports, processes, business policies, regulations and SOPs

* Implements data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis, modern business methods, and performance measure techniques

* Prepare training material and execute end user training

* Support issue resolution during implementation and at go live

* Collaborate with receivers and identify requirements / gaps

* Evaluates current business processes, recommends solutions for improvements and develops project initiatives

* Writes, audits, and maintains process documentation; escalates areas of concern to management

* Streamlines processes where possible, communicates areas of improvement to management

**Travel Requirements:**

* 25% domestic/international travel possible depending on project(s) assigned

**Required Education and Experience:**

* Bachelors Degree

**Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time:**

* 8a 5p with extended work days/weekends required occasionally depending on project phase and status

**Required Skills:**

**Desired Skills:**

* Shared Service process understanding from work in deployment or integration projects

* Functional Finance system knowledge of SAP and/or Peoplesoft

* Certified green belt

* Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a diverse employee group and across many levels of the organization (i.e. Business requestors, CSS operations receivers, IT analysts)
