The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and checking clients in and out, working with our internal team of FOH, Aestheticians, and Medical Practitioners, and delivering 5-star service to our clients. The Patient Care Coordinator will also assist with inventory, merchandising, retail product sales, and keeping the clinic clean and organized. Additionally, the candidate will participate in clinic meetings, team goals, and communication at the clinic, and with clients. Responsibilities:Greet and check clients in and outWork with an internal team of FOH, Aestheticians, and Medical PractitionersDeliver 5-star service to clientsAssist with inventory, merchandising, and retail product salesKeep clinic clean and organizedParticipate in clinic meetings, team goals, and communication at the clinic and with clientsRequirementsPrevious medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology practice.Must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to create a plan of action to obtain the goals independently.Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.Strong business acumen and superior organizational skillsMust have the ability to handle confidentiality issues.Dedicated to vision and practice goals.High school diploma or equivalent required.
