Full-Time Opportunities Available: Our standard operation hours are Sunday: Closed, Monday: 9 am - 5 pm, Tuesday: 9 am - 6 pm, Wednesday: 9 am - 6 pm, Thursday: 9 am - 6 pm, Friday: 9 am - 5 pm, Saturday: Closed

Our medical spa is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and checking clients in and out, working with our internal team of FOH, Aestheticians, and Medical Practitioners, and delivering 5-star service to our clients. The Patient Care Coordinator will also assist with inventory, merchandising, retail product sales, and keeping the clinic clean and organized. Additionally, the candidate will participate in clinic meetings, team goals, and communication at the clinic, and with clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check clients in and out
  • Work with an internal team of FOH, Aestheticians, and Medical Practitioners
  • Deliver 5-star service to clients
  • Assist with inventory, merchandising, and retail product sales
  • Keep clinic clean and organized
  • Participate in clinic meetings, team goals, and communication at the clinic and with clients



Requirements:

  • Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology practice.
  • Must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to create a plan of action to obtain the goals independently.
  • Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
  • Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to handle confidentiality issues.
  • Dedicated to vision and practice goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
