Responsibilities:

La oportunidad:

El objetivo del cargo es apoyar a desarrollar la categora en los diferentes clientes, detectando oportunidades de mercado a travs de la evaluacin y anlisis de los indicadores claves de negocio como participacin de mercado, distribucin, comportamiento del consumidor y shopper y actividades de la competencia. As mismo, apoyo en desarrollo de planogramas basado en informacin de ventas con el fin de velar por el desarrollo de la categora y marca en cada uno de los clientes.

Tu impacto:

Como Analista de Category Management tus funciones constaran de

  • Desarrollo de estrategia de ejecucin (planogramas) para Canales Internos y principales clientes de OT.
  • Desarrollar reportes de oportunidades de Mercado por regin, canal y Categora y de informacin Interna.
  • Habilitar portafolio, planogramas y lineamientos de exhibicin para la agenda de Perfect Store de todos los canales de venta.
  • Generacin de anlisis para habilitar el proceso de Optimizacin de Portafolio y seguimiento de las acciones planteadas.
  • Desarrollo de proceso de e-Catman para plataformas e-commerce.
  • Desarrollo y seguimiento a estrategias de Category Management y Shopper Marketing para Clientes.


Qualifications:

A quin buscamos?

Educacin

  • Profesional en Administracin de Empresas o carreras afines.

Experiencia?

  • Experiencia mnima de 2-3 aos en reas comerciales, Category Management, Trade Marketing o Marketing.
  • Nivel de Ingls intermedio /avanzado.
  • Alta capacidad de anlisis
  • Excelente manejo de Microsoft Excel y Power Point
  • Experiencia en manejo de programas para generacin de planogramas (Deseable)
  • Gran manejo de relaciones interpersonales
  • Experiencia en compaas de consumo masivo
