Sales and Marketing Coordinator

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales and marketing operations, including reporting and maintenance of our customer relationship management system (Salesforce), coordination of business travel and sales calendars, facilitation of digital campaign reporting platforms, compiling metrics and data from marketing campaigns, and other duties as assigned. This position also provides administrative support to the franchise leads.

Responsibilities:

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly Salesforce reports for Management.

Provide monthly campaign metric reports to the sales team.

Support sales team when they are in the field or at conferences as needed.

Plan and execute tradeshow booths for franchises.

Attend internal sales meetings, take notes and follow up on action items.

Coordinate monthly print ads for publications.

Create PowerPoint decks on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Engage with SAPs (Strategic Alliance Partnerships) on content opportunities.
