As a Human Resources Specialist (Staffing Consultant), you will serve as a technical advisor on a wide variety of human resources management areas such as: staffing and placement, recruitment, classification, and position management
Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Specialist (Staffing), you will:
- Research HR laws, policies, regulations, and reference material, analyzes information, selects appropriate approaches, and recommends specific action. Provides staff level technical advice and assistance to all levels of management officials within the assigned organizations on complex human resources management issues or problems impacting their workforce.
- Provide end-to-end recruitment and placement advisory and operational services for assigned division or office.
- Identify and develop recruitment strategies in attracting and maintaining a quality workforce.
- Serve as the primary point person for managers and employees on all staffing and employment-related issues/questions.
