Job Description
Strategic Resources, Inc. SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide professional services and management consulting for the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).
Overview:
SRI is supporting the U.S. Army TRADOC in the implementation of a new enterprise Soldier recruiting system. SRI is seeking to hire a Senior Management Analyst to assist in the business process redesign, organizational change management and implementation of the Army Accessions Information Environment System (AAIES).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating implementation of a fully integrated enterprise system that automates U.S. Army accessions and recruiting business processes. Includes planning, scheduling, and measuring of success among the Solution Provider, managers, test and evaluation teams, functional users, and end-users.
Collects, maintains, and processes data.
Uses mathematical, statistical, econometric, or other scientific methods and techniques in analyzing problems of management and technical nature.
Develop deployment metrics in coordination with the AIE FL, the deployment metrics shall incorporate test and evaluation measures of effectiveness and measures of performance from a technical and functional perspective.
Plan and conduct after action reviews with functional users, technical SMEs and Senior Managers upon completion of each deployment wave and make recommendations on lessons learned for incorporation into subsequent WAVES.
Analyze and reviews a wide variety of plans and related operations and determines recommended changes to improve efficiency.
Provide direct support to technical and operational activities.
Oversee plans and operation of all types to assure compliance with standards and special requirements.
Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries for use by managers.
Assist in the conduct of conferences and working meetings; guides and leads discussions.
Identify sources of relevant information and data.
Assist with assessing AIE capability while the application is setup in the test environment.
Evaluate data and information to monitor status of ongoing operations.
Alert key personnel of operational problems and suggest potential solutions or methods for collecting additional information.
Assist in the development of technical and operational documents and plans.
Assist in the implementation of technical and operational activities.
Recommend procedures and methods to be used. Identifies alternative courses of action and makes recommendations.
Supervise and oversees the efforts of more junior management analysts, technical specialists, writers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Lead the development of functional programs and materials, assists in the publication of reports and other documents; develops operational concepts, plans, and instructions.
Assist in the tracking and evaluation of ongoing operations.
Review forms and reports, and confers with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.
Minimum Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:
Able to obtain a favorable NAC-I.
Education/Experience. Bachelors Degree (general field of study acceptable), Preferred degree in computer science, information systems, information technology.
Experience supervising research regarding service matters and combined doctrine, operations, liaison and coordination with other Government agencies and industry is required.
Ability to frame issues, identify problems, and assertively seek solutions.
Experience in leading and conducting problem solving/root cause analysis.
Must possess strong organizational planning skills.
Be a self-starter; requires minimum oversight and must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills.
Must possess a current and valid drivers license.
Strong written and verbal communication. Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Computer literate and proficient in preparing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents; have the ability to gather information, create and maintain PowerPoint briefings, make recommendations for program improvement, and provide communication (orally and written) to disseminate information throughout the organization.
Must have the ability to meet frequent travel requirements and be able to work over 40 (surge) hours if requested.
Strongly preferred experience includes all of the following :
Retired U.S. Army Recruiter or served within the U.S Army Recruiting Command.
Experience developing technical manuals, pamphlets, how-to guides, training & visual aids, courseware documentation and various other digital products.
Experience with Business Process Re-Design and/or Organizational Change Management
