Saving and improving lives, **helping** people heal this is the daily mission of Community Blood Center/Community Tissue Services. CBC/CTS is looking for a Material Handler/Driver. Internally this position is known as a Mobile Coordinator. The Mobile Coordinator is an essential part of our Collection Services team. As a Mobile Coordinator you will gather predetermined supplies and equipment, load onto truck, deliver and unload the supplies and equipment at the blood drive site, assist with setup of equipment and stocking of supplies to ensure a successful blood drive. At the end of the blood drive you will gather the equipment, supplies and blood collected, reload the truck and return to the center where you will unload and restock. During the blood drive you may make runs back to the center or do misc. tasks to help the drive run smoothly. Previous driving and phlebotomy/blood collections experience is a plus. Learning to draw blood will be required.

You will work a varied schedule over 1st and 2nd shift hours, including weekends. The schedule is provided 3 weeks in advance.

CBC collects and provides all blood products for hospitals in our 15-county region and beyond. CTS was born in 1986 and is now one of the nations largest tissue banks. CTS recovers, processes, and distributes human tissue grafts and is the nations largest non-profit provider of skin grafts for burn patients.
