A day in the life: The day-to-day for this position will be to work with Sales teams to collect data that generates insights that help us understand customer perception, shape communications, and measure impact. This will require finding, sizing, and prioritizing research opportunities; developing study plans for those research opportunities; executing those studies and presenting the findings to stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS + 6+ years of experience in the field of quantitative research. + A deep understanding of Market Research, UX research, agile UX, and user-centered design. + Broad knowledge of research methodologies and the proven ability to execute the right methodology. + Experience across both qualitative and quantitative research methods. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS + Masters or PhD degree in an empirical psychology field, or equivalent experience preferred. + Experience with advertising campaign research and measurement. + Experience with RITE usability method and an understanding of how to impact design and product decisions in a fast-moving and fast-changing development environment. + Training in psychology. + Experience in B2B or B2C e-commerce or financial services.
