Bandit Sports: A rapidly expanding sporting goods company with a fierce dedication to unique product innovation and a determination to grow by being different.

Together, we're redefining the sporting goods market, and we need a dynamic leader to drive our growth strategy over the fence. You could say we’re looking for someone to hit it out of the park. (Copy writing also needed to eliminate job posting puns).

What You'll Own Strategy and Leadership: Drive Growth and Acquisition:

Develop and execute strategies to systematically grow revenue and customer growth for both Plate Crate and Bandit Sports. Brand Strategy:

Work directly with the CEO to plan and execute creative brand strategies to ensure we are creating lasting and durable brands that people give a shit about.

Marketing Management You will be the leader overseeing and building the growth team. This team will both ideate the strongest strategies for growth and create durable procedures to execute all growth and brand oriented marketing initiatives. This includes brand partnerships, social media management, content, promotions, giveaways, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and anything just crazy enough to work. Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics to inform strategy, optimize revenue, and drive channel performance. Content Strategy: You will work with and build a world class creative and content team to execute on a best in class content first strategy. Promotional Calendar: Design and execute a promotional calendar to keep our community engaged and excited. Revenue Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize revenue streams and enhance profitability. Lead and bring ideas to our ecommerce and online revenue optimization team Work daily with our social media manager to execute a world class social media strategy that we can call remarkable…because yes, people will remark on it. Brand Partnerships: Manage and execute brand partnerships that drive value for our partners just as much as our brands Work closely with our email marketing and retention team to execute on cross channel growth strategies and to systematically drive longer LTV. Influencer Marketing: Create and execute influencer strategies to grow deep brand awareness and loyalty with the best influencers and creators in the sports world. Loyalty Programs: Design and manage loyalty programs to retain and knock the baseball socks off our customers.

Team and Agency Management: Agency Management: Oversee and collaborate with agencies for paid ads, email marketing, CRO/RO, and web development. We have been working with strong teams for paid and web development for over 4 years and are looking to supercharge them with a growth leader. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing social media manager and a talented content team to communicate our brands mission to the world.

Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in growth marketing with proven success in scaling 8-figure D2C brands. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with experience overseeing cross-functional teams and external agencies. Technical Skills: Proficiency on platforms such as Shopify, Recharge, Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta Ads, Youtube, and Google Ads. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels. Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Creative Vision: Creative thinker with the technical and repeatable skill for innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Ecommerce Expertise: In-depth understanding of ecommerce strategies, CRO/RO, A/B Testing, and merchandising.
