Job Summary:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic Omnichannel Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns across various channels. As an Integrated Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our Member’s marketing initiatives and driving growth for their businesses.

The Integrated Marketing Strategist spearheads, implements, and maximizes marketing growth initiatives for top-tier Members. This role is focused on categories including Bedding, Home Appliances, and Consumer Electronics, with a primary emphasis on leading brands such as Serta Simmons Bedding, Tempur Sealy International, GE Appliances, Whirlpool, and Electrolux. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this person has no direct reports at present.

The selected candidate will regularly engage with Members to grasp business initiatives, transforming these insights into impactful marketing programs. It is crucial that they excel in workload management, exhibit professionalism in all communications, adeptly multitask, and make sound business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:


Strategic Joint Planning

  • Lead collaborative marketing planning alongside internal stakeholders such as Integrated Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Field Sales, and Merchant teams, crafting integrated, digitally focused strategies aligned with Member business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing Director to shape overarching narratives tailored for Members.

Campaign / Program Development

  • Lead the conceptualization and planning of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social, email and traditional media.
  • Direct marketing strategies for Enterprise and Large dealers, refining for impact while cultivating collaborative relationships to provide strategic insights and operational support.

Member Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, presenting campaign proposals, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Create and present customer presentations and business reviews with precision and impact.
  • Play a pivotal role in new Member onboarding initiatives.
  • Host internal and external webinars and conference calls, engaging Members and a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
  • Manage, track and communicate post-promotional analyses and scorecard for all programs.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews; Synthesize goals and learnings to inform/optimize plans.

Insight Gathering & Trend Monitoring

  • Develop a deep understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, translating them into actionable insights to shape and inform programs.
  • Continuously innovate marketing strategies by staying updated on emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices, while also gathering insights and tracking market dynamics to remain relevant and responsive.

Job Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for enterprise level accounts that align with business objectives and drive results
  • Deep understanding of the full range of marketing vehicles such as digital, social media, point-of-sale, promotions, sales materials, direct mail, etc., and the strategic application of all
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, with experience managing digital ad campaigns
  • Current knowledge of industry, shopper and consumer trends
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple stakeholders concurrently
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and develop strategic solutions
  • High level of professionalism and excellent presentation skills
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams as well as the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • 7-10 years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, retailer marketing, account management or related area; Digital marketing experience required
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related discipline is required, MBA a plus

Work Environment:

Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.


General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
