Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting. MBA, MHA, or CPA desired. Minimum of five years of progressively challenging experience in healthcare finance/accounting required. Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual able to work with minimum supervision. Effective communication skills to all customers. Experience in researching and analyzing complex financial/operational issues. Demonstrates project management skills to successfully manage large scale projects. Highly skilled use of systems that aid in analysis, communication, presentation, financial reporting to customers with differing levels of financial acumen.
