We are currently seeking a seasoned and driven CEI Area Manager to join our client's team. This role is critical for overseeing the construction engineering and inspection operations within the Houston area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical acumen, and a passion for maintaining and enhancing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage CEI teams across multiple projects within the designated area. Ensure compliance with all project specifications, codes, and standards. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues or concerns. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors. Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management. Ensure all safety protocols and quality control measures are rigorously followed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction engineering and inspection, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
