Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing customers with high quality, professional customer service. The CSR acts as a liaison between the customer and Saddle Creek, assists customers on all issues, answers questions, investigates and resolves a wide array of client questions and concerns using a variety of systems offers solutions in a positive manner. This position will be expected to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, other agencies, customers and the public.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers on all issues and acts as a liaison between the customer and Saddle Creek personnel, by answering questions, offering solutions, and researching issues in a timely manner.
  • Generate and retain all required reporting for the customer of Saddle Creek.
  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner according to customer requests.
  • Communicate with the customer verbally and in writing with a professional and helpful approach.
  • Collaborate with operations manager, supervisors, and associates in a cooperative and respectful manner.
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed.
  • Handle the administration and coordination of associate communications
  • Schedule, organize and help facilitate associate communication meetings, focus groups, and engagement activities
  • Additional duties as assigned.
What We Need from You:
  • Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment which may be noisy, busy, and may be non-temperature controlled, meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates throughout the seasons.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Minimum of six months' experience in a customer service role.
Helpful Experience (Not Required):
  • Associate's (AA) degree.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office and with warehouse management systems such as SAP or WMS.
  • Proficiency in typing.
  • Previous experience in a busy warehouse, office, or similar environment.
