As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. We're seeking a motivated Shipping & Receiving Clerk to assist in managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and delivering a positive experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of contents against packing slips or invoices
Inspect received items for damages or defects and report any discrepancies
Record all incoming and outgoing shipments in our inventory management system
Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately
Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping and receiving area
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software
Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50lbs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed
