ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the execution of external audit and other attest engagements of various clients in accordance with relevant regulatory and professional auditing and assurance standards,Maintain a working knowledge of and research findings regarding accounting literature trends and technical issues relevant to the clients industrySet the culture for the engagement team and mentor staff in their career developmentBuild and manage client relationships and accounts including driving the client experience on engagementsYou have knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries.Stay aware of general business trends or issues in order to professionally represent and apply this knowledge to the clients solutions, potentially developing new or additional business for the FirmOther duties as assignedPreferred QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of current and/or recent financial statement preparation and audit experience within a public accounting firm with demonstrated supervisory experiencePrior experience working with yellow book audits, government, not for profit, and employee benefits plansBachelors degree in Accounting from an accredited college/universityLicensed Certified Public AccountantStrong proficiency using Microsoft programs (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio, etc.)Experience working with CCH Engagement auditing softwareSolid organization skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task#J-18808-Ljbffr
