We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Electrical and/or Wireless Engineers and technicians to develop innovative solutions and products. Responsibilities include overseeing the design, development, and testing of electrical and radio systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, managing project timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Electrical and/or Wireless Engineers. Manage the design, development, and testing of radio systems and components. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Oversee project budgets and resource allocation. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Wireless Engineering. Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience.
