Responsibilities: Platform Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our platform, including product and policy configurations, integration and extension mechanisms, data transmission, and data migration. Be hands-on with platform capabilities, including APIs, to build a first-hand understanding and expertise. Client Governance: Serve as the main point of contact post-implementation, ensuring a smooth growth curve and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Conduct regular check-ins and status updates with clients to review progress, address concerns, and gather feedback. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with both external stakeholders (Clients, Vendors, etc.) and internal teams (Solution Engineers, Data Engineers, Product teams, etc.) to ensure seamless business operations. Expedite issue resolution on behalf of clients and act as their advocate within the organization. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Product Liaison: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess the scope of changes required for client solutions and coordinate optimal release dates for client requirements post-implementation. Training: Complete relevant training courses to deepen your understanding of our platform and its modules. Pre-Sales Support: Assist Sales and Pre-Sales teams during the sales process with domain knowledge and implementation expertise. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth. Skills: Proven experience managing and delivering large cross-functional programs from inception to launch. Experience in credit card implementations, particularly in a client-facing role with medium to large clients, is highly desirable. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools. Ability to grasp technical concepts related to SaaS offerings, cloud (AWS), APIs, etc. Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and manage senior executives' expectations both internally and externally. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and mentoring abilities. Self-motivated with a strong drive to learn and adapt to new and evolving project demands. Experience and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in technology and delivery roles. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering (computer science, information systems).
