We are seeking a motivated

Customer Success Lead

What you will do at Topsort Product Expertise:

Be the trusted advisor for the customer on Topsort use-case and product functionality. Developing Customer Relationships:

Develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with customers to ensure a great customer experience and retention while helping to grow our incremental revenue. Feedback and Improvement:

Serve as the source for information regarding the customer's business needs and provide customer feedback to for instance Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, act as a sales guide for customer-facing employees Problem Solving:

Act as a point of escalation for your customer's critical issues. Account Management:

Run QBRs and regular meetings with your account list, guide new and existing customers through the sales funnel, and foster customer retention by ensuring a smooth customer journey Networking & Industry Events:

Represent Topsport as a retail and e-commerce technology expert in customer interactions, industry and corporate events. Sales Enablement:

Create customer deliverables suitable for a diverse set of constituents from senior executives to end users of software. Strategic Planning:

Provide input into the Customer Success org development and direction & own revenue growth for a list of Topsort's existing SaaS customers, collect and analyze data to improve customer service health What we expect from you

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus 5+ years of experience in a platform-oriented account management or customer success role, ideally within the software industry, preferred in the ad tech or media monetization world. 1+ years in retail media, representing either a retailer/commerce player or a programmatic vendor selling into retailers or marketplaces. Strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships across a technical, commercial and executive decision maker. Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations on expansion and upsell targets. Experience working with technical, product and commercial customers. Willing to work in a hybrid model, 3x a week in office What is it like to work at Topsort?
