The Account Manager ensures projects are clean, green, and detailed. They oversee the completion of punch list items in a timely manner by working with Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians. This role reports to the Regional Manager and supports property goals. ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND EXPECTATIONS: Service maintenance accounts, complete punch lists, handle service requests, and conduct site walks with follow-up communication. Manage Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians to meet maintenance specifications. Responsibilities: Maintain accounts to specifications, manage, train, and coach the team in line with company values. Handle staff payroll, invoicing, proposals, and other paperwork promptly. Provide monthly equipment and tool inventories and truck reports. Recruit, train, assign work, appraise performance, and address complaints. Expectations: Ensure accounts and staff operate safely, productively, and meet profit goals. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); minimum three years related Account Manager experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform basic math functions and interpret data. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense to solve problems. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid California driver's license and California state Pest Control Applicator's License required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must be able to meet physical requirements to perform job duties.
