Must have a minimum of 5 years commercial or industrial Journeyman experience (maintenance, service, trouble-shooting & repairs) in one or more of the following areas: centrifugal chillers, industrial cooling towers, heat exchangers (plate & frame/water to water/steam to water), HVAC Equipment (air handlers, package air conditioning units/heat pumps, fan coils, variable air volume boxes, etc.), industrial water treatment, centrifugal pumps, steam and hot water boilers (boiler license helpful) and Building Automation Systems (programming skills helpful).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Must have an accredited Universal CFC Refrigerant Handling license.
  • Possess & exhibit accurate record keeping skills.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Basic computer skills and be detail oriented.
  • Possess customer relationship skills.
  • Must be able to read, understand and work from blueprints, drawings, schematics and sketches.
  • Proficient in the safe use of all trade related hand and power tools, safety and personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
  • A valid Driver's License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to respond immediately to all emergency situations and calls.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a 4 year accredited apprenticeship program.
