What you will be doing:

- Completes full cycle recruiting efforts: Sourcing, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screen, setting up interview, sending offers, and prepping the candidates for onboarding.
- Stays updated about hiring trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting experience is a plus
- Confident, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be tech savvy and familiar with Windows-based programs/applications
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment
- Ability to adapt, think outside the box, problem solve and willingness to learn and grow
- To be successful in this role, one must work with a sense of urgency, while providing an amazing candidate experience
