Main responsibilities include:Perform assessments for process changes and related investment requirements for cost studiesOversee engineering scope definition, Requests for Quotes (RFQ's), sourcing, technical evaluations, design, manufacturing, and installation of manufacturing equipment.Manage and prioritize the Non-New Model (NNM) powertrain programs requests and ensure that approved programs are completed on time and within budgetManage all New Model (NM) program's facilities aspects including site preparation and machine installationLead activities on programs ensuring successful implementation and tracking of the Iron Triangle (Scope, Timing, and Cost)Lead their team in the implementation of Stellantis Production Way (SPW) methodology, supporting all activities including deployment of advanced SPW tools and guide systematic root cause problem solving methods to attack risksDevelopment/improvement of process and equipment standards related to manufacturing engineeringSupport the Propulsion Manufacturing Plants located in Kokomo Indiana while maintaining a relationship with the North American and Global CoC initiatives.Drive standardization across plants in all regions Lead procurement, design, build, install, qualification and launch of facilities and process supporting equipment and infrastructure
