Highlands Ranch, CO | 100% in office during training; after training is completed, 4 days in office, 1 remote if desired Get To Know The Team: The Fund Accounting Managers are responsible for a broad spectrum of financial and accounting matters affecting Venture Capital and Private Equity Fund clients. They prepare and process transactions and financial reports, and exercise sound judgment regarding the proper application of accounting principles to a variety of transactions. Discounts on fitness clubs, travel and more What You Will Get To Do: Financial statement preparation, including partnership allocations Provide coaching, training and leadership as necessary to the team Review all work product prepared by accounting staff Manage client relationships and satisfaction Establish a plan for new client setups, reorganizations and conversions Resolve fund accounting inquiries escalated to a supervisor Interaction with investment managers Coordinate, manage and monitor the external audit process Analytical review of quarterly results What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Master’s degree, CPA/CFA are pluses, but not required 6+ years’

experience in accounting/financial services; partnership accounting experience is a plus 2+ years’ experience supervising others Strong interest in collaboration and team engageme Prior experience with various products including equities, fixed income, repurchase agreements, futures, FX, Mortgages and options Advanced MS Excel knowledge Ability to work under pressure and manage tight internal and client deadlines Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation abilities Thank you for your interest in SS&C To further explore this opportunity, please apply through our careers page on the corporate website at
