Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. This position requires a thorough understanding of accounting procedures and the ability to handle sensitive financial data with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Perform regular financial analysis and reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficient in accounting software; QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
