We are seeking ambitious, dynamic and highly experienced Account Managers, ideally with global experience, in the technology industry to drive the sales of project-based hardware and software deployment for the globally dispersed clients of our partners, offering centralized procurement, invoicing, and a single point of contact. This empowers our partners to focus on their core business.

7-10 years of vendor channel sales expertise and well developed channel relationships with national and regional channel partners is required.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data technologies, a proven reputation in the industry built over 7-10 years of experience and success, ideally within one or more specialist verticals, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. You will have transitioned from a pure sales role to that of a trusted advisor and have proven examples of your approach and be ready to continually grow your skills and knowledge on a global basis. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through exceptional client relationships focused on exemplary service in order to grow share of wallet within our key global client base. Key focus areas will be: • Business Development Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet company goals and objectives • Solution Development: Collaborate with the technical team to create proposals that align with clients' requirements and budget • Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis • Client Retention: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and account management • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on portfolio progress • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones • Work closely with the client success team to ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing customer support • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of appropriate products and services.
