Job Description:
Please note that during Summer 2024, this position could work up to 20 hours per week.
During the school year, this position could work up to 12 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning and filing of documents to the student records
- Preparing diploma covers for Commencement
- Entering data accurately into the student information systems
- Using office equipment such as scanners, printers, copiers, and Microfiche scanner
- Assisting with handling incoming phone calls and greeting walk-in constituents in a friendly manner
- Miscellaneous Clerical tasks
This position requires a signed statement of confidentiality. The student best suited to this kind of work is detail- oriented and capable of a high level of precision. This is a position with people interaction but is ideal for someone who can focus on administrative tasks.

If for summer May 13th; School year: September 3rd
