The Customer Success Manager function is key to executing strategy and differentiation among competition. The Customer Success Manager's role includes: Developing and managing stage gate process. Key Functional Responsibilities: Leads strategic commercial initiatives for BCG. Leads Stage Gate Process. Works closely with R&D to manage handoff of new products from development to commercialization. Responsible for planning, executing, and closing commercialization projects. Supports interface between BCG functional teams within the organization. Leads cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. Interfaces with various functional teams across the organization required to execute commercialization projects. Drives process collaboration and organization-wide process consistency. Champions quality outputs. Drives preparation for key senior management reviews and presentations. Proactively communicates to management regarding commercialization status and risks.
