Our company is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the Front Desk Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
