**Description**

WellStone is North Alabamas most comprehensive behavioral healthcare provider serving over 13,000 persons a year in Huntsville, Cullman and Decatur. We are a non-profit community organization that offers a wide range of services for every phase of life, from children to older adults.

**We are hiring for a Customer Services Representative.**

**What we're looking for-**

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

* Knowledge and proficiency with Computer

* Customer Service experience

**What you'll be doing-**

* Perform receptionist duties, acknowledging and assisting clients, visitors, vendors, etc.

* Perform data entry functions into computer

* Answer telephone in timely manner

* Verify appointments, reschedule appointments, make appointments

* Take messages for staff, or route calls to voice mail

* Answer questions, verify client demographic information in computer

* Accept co-payments, key into computer, print receipts

* Balance monetary amounts taken daily and submit to Accounting

* Conduct reminder calls for the next day appointments

* Scan documents into computer, fax requested information

* Inform therapist the client is present, reschedule, schedule and confirm appointments

* Provide excuses to clients who request appointment verification

* Attend and complete required training

* Attend staff meetings
