Job Type Full-timeDescriptionOverview: We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth. This position involves training new sales representatives, managing existing territories, and collaborating closely with Sales VPs in recruiting for open territories. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in developing successful sales strategies. This position can earn an average of $75,000 to $90,000 plus.Key Responsibilities:Training and Onboarding: Conduct comprehensive training programs for new sales representatives to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed. Develop training materials, presentations, and resources that align with company goals and sales strategies. Provide ongoing coaching and support to new hires to accelerate their ramp-up time and productivity. Territory Management: Manage and optimize existing sales territories to maximize revenue and market penetration. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within assigned territories. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategic plans for territory expansion and customer retention. Recruitment and Collaboration: Work closely with Sales VPs to identify staffing needs and recruit top talent for open sales territories. Participate in the interview process for sales candidates, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit. Act as a liaison between Sales VPs and sales teams to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and goals. Strategy Development: Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on market feedback and sales performance data.
