Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Manage and oversee the campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. Prioritize future marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights and business needs. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate campaign activities and ensure cohesive execution. Work closely with the Insights & Ideation team to develop innovative and effective campaign strategies. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather input and feedback, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. Business Logic Development: Develop and implement business logic to guide campaign planning and execution. Ensure that campaigns are executed within budget constraints and adhere to established timelines. Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results. Campaign Proformas: Define and create campaign proformas to benchmark and evaluate campaign profitability. Analyze the financial performance of campaigns and provide insights for future improvements. Utilize data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience in campaign planning and management, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proficient in budget management and financial analysis. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments. Detail-oriented and organized, with a strategic mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
