The Wholesale Sales Coordinator will report to the National Accounts Director.
Job Overview
This position reports to the National Accounts Director by working with internal as well as external teams. With direction, provides information and assistance for Golf Shops and Specialty Stores. The position requires excellent organizational skills and an understanding of how to prioritize daily tasks and projects. The right individual will have the ability to provide complete back-end support to our Sales team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Management of Specialty & Golf accounts within NuOrder
- Own the management of NuOrder, including item setup, inventory analysis, and leading
overall relationship with NuOrder support team. - Ensure timely and accurate entry of all wholesale orders & backorder clearing
- Sample set management
- Prepare to send/track samples and packages to customers
- Review Specialty orders, communicate discrepancies and update order changes based
on inventory shifts in the system - Responsible for tradeshow planning and execution
- Backend order mgmt and support: AR, RMA, order flow for accounts
- Set up new Accounts in NetSuite and NuOrder with necessary resources/training to the
customer - Support territory owners with preparation for Trunk shows, Events, and Territory Travel
by gathering assets/collateral needed and entering transfer orders as necessary - Assist sales team on special projects when needed.
- Utilize internal systems to effectively assist with assortment plans in Nuorder, if needed
- Product knowledge training assets for partner store associates
- Partner with sales team in go to market assets (samples, swatches, packing...etc.) to
ensure we are representing the brand - Prospecting in line with channel managers when needed
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Self Starter with strong tech and computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-moving, cross-functional,
results-oriented team environment - Strong proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
