DUTIESReceive, prepare and store all paper transactions and assist all branches with balancing and scanner issues.Key entry of dollar amounts, reject repair, and balance items associated with the image files, including savings bond processing.Detect and solve errors found in internal and external customer's transactions and prepare correction advices where appropriate.Operate and maintain related equipment such as the Image Sorter.Receive and originate Automated Clearing House Files on the Dataserv and process all assigned files such as ATE, FIS ATM, and Check 21 check exchange files.Complete data entry including but not limited to utility payments, and transactions not passed through the Image POD system using the ATE system and secured transactions.Prepare utility customers related reports and processing.Create and upload Image Files while maintaining production records including but not limited to Application Totals, End of Night Totals, etc.Process all Lock-Box transactions including preparation and reporting, punch and verify payments.Assist bank in maintaining CIS Files including but not limited to CIP, Address Changes and Merges.Import and Balance the Commercial Capture Exchange files twice a day. Prepare a weekly and monthly report for management.Distribute computer generated reports to various areas throughout the bank. Prepare and monitor paper checks for mailing.Prepare or order MICR documents as required.Perform document imaging, scanning, indexing and verification of all assigned documents.Pull and check assigned document reports to verify that they exist on the image system.Perform the research necessary to satisfy Writs, Subpoena's, Summons, Court Orders, and all other requests for information.Perform assigned procedures relating to Tax Records, TEFRA Forms, W8's and W9's and make needed 1099 tax corrections.Perform assigned procedures relating to record retention and shipments to/from offsite storage.Perform all other related duties as assigned.
