Requirements
Education and Experience

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 10+ years of program management experience. Demonstrated knowledge of Continuous improvement /Lean Six Sigma for Financial Services focused Organizations
  • ASQ Black Belt (BB) certification
  • Portfolio management experience
Preferred:
  • Master's degree
  • Insurance or reinsurance industry knowledge
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
  • 12+ years project delivery experience
  • Advanced knowledge/ expertise and advancement of quality improvement methodologies
Skills and Abilities

  • Highly advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
