Overview:

Lead team of Financial analysts in alignment with Product Line Leaders as Business partners. Responsible for overall forecasting and reporting of financials for entire Business Area, including Orders, Revenue, Profit, Cash, PDR, Rates, and Cost Center Budgets.

Includes Rate monitoring and management in coordination with Government compliance, cost center budget development and management.

Responsibilities: YOUR ROLE AND

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead development of financial plans, forecasts and manage budgets for Exeter, NH site Provide analysis of cost and schedule data to identify key project issues and opportunities Development of monthly estimate at complete (EACs) Financial statement forecasting Budgets/forecasts by cost center focused on spending reductions / prioritization Variance analysis Drive internal reviews Prepare business case for investments Support Revenue recognition on an POC :AOC 606 basis Engage with Product Lines to drive better decision making and overall profitability Provide analytical and decision support to program managers Prepare business case for investments as needed Support the Exeter site finanical decison making Collect and enter financial and other performance data (Key Performance Indicators) Support financial analysis of bids and proposals Provide operational and financial analysis of manufacturing costs, forecasts and inventory Manage a team of 2 - 5 financial analysts Ensures adherence to financial policies in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) , Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements

and maintains an effective system of internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations, including Fiduciary Financial requirements for preparation of Financial Statements

Qualifications: HOW TO SUCCEED

Minimum Requirements:

BA or BS Degree and 10 plus years of experience or MS or MA degree and 8 plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment 6+ years of experience applying knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost analysis, progress measurement and change control 4+ years of people management experience Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in finance from a four-year college or university 10+ years related experience applying knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost analysis, progress measurement and change control Masters Degree in accounting, finance, or business 8+ years related experience is preferred with Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of experience with ERP systems Experience in high-tech and manufacturing environment Prior experience managing and leading teams of senior financial analysts, highly preferred Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
