Pay Structure:
Salary + Commission + Bonus
Typical earning potential of $55k+, with top earners making $80k+

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement
  • Proactively reach out to existing customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, and emails.

2. Issue Resolution:
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues effectively.
3. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products to existing customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Educate customers about the value of added services and products to increase revenue and enhance the customer's experience.
4. Customer Feedback:

5. Customer Loyalty Programs:
  • Manage customer loyalty programs, incentives, and retention initiatives to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
6. Data Management:

  • Generate reports on customer retention, churn rates, and satisfaction levels to provide insights to the management team.
8. Training and Development:
  • Stay informed about the pest control industry, Waynes Pest Control's services, and best practices in customer retention.
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or customer retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • A genuine passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the pest control industry is beneficial but not required.
