Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals ensuring nutritional requirements are met and in compliance with all sanitary and safety standards.
- Ensure high-quality meals are delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Plan and produce meals based on different dietary requirements.
- Collaborate with dietary team to ensure meals align with residents' health and taste preferences.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring fresh ingredients are always on hand.
- Continuously innovate and enhance meal quality, presentation, and taste.
- Prior experience as a cook, preferably within a healthcare or institutional setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and dietary needs.
- Strong understanding of sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for food preparation and dedication to delivering quality meals.
