Job Summary:

As a Senior Cook at Victorian Senior Care, you will be responsible for planning and preparing nutritious meals for our residents. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

# Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents
# Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment
# Maintain accurate records of food inventory and expenditures
# Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time

Requirements:

# 2+ years of experience in food service
# Ability to read, write, and understand written instructions
# Ability to lift, push, or pull minimum of 50 pounds
# Knowledge of NC Environmental Health Standards and NC Rules and Regulations
