Basic Function:

The Brand Marketing Coordinator is a hybrid position that will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager and is responsible for the planning and execution a variety of marketing outreach across social media, PR, influencers, and affiliates. She/he will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all social media channels across owned and paid content. Oversees the development of the social calendar and brand storytelling aligning with the brand image, campaigns, and product offerings. Oversight of channels include: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. This role requires collaboration across the organization, working closely with Marketing, PR, Creative, E-commerce, Product, and external agencies. In addition, this role is responsible for collaborating with Marketing and Sales to develop and executive influencer, affiliate and PR campaigns for strategic accounts, deliver monthly updates against KPIs.

Specific Responsibilities

Maintain and Grow Social Media Platforms:

Leads the development, execution, and day-to-day management of social media across all platforms; IG, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Maintains and publishes annual social media calendar utilizing Hootsuite to track, share and organize key stories. Monitors all social media platforms to ensure messaging and content aligns with the brand story, target audience and guidelines. Supports development and execution of influencer campaigns through the Mavrck platform. Researches, connects, and follows up with influencers to help expand the Dearfoams brand story and drive consumers to dearfoams.com, Amazon and other top strategic accounts. Ensures Dearfoams brand position and tone of voice is represented across all social media channels. Builds and maintains a library of content and UGC. Delivers weekly KPI report and provides insight and suggestions for how to improve and grow platforms. Audits and analyzes platforms quarterly to ensure we're delivering the most impactful content for target audience. Oversees brand paid social efforts to ensure optional consumer engagement. Maintains and grows existing platforms (IG, FB), Pinterest and TikTok while exploring new platforms. Keeps up with social media platform advancements, tools, and technologies to ensure Dearfoams is delivering the most optimal results. Strategic Account Support:

Assists Marketing Director with the planning and execution of seasonal influencers and affiliate campaigns for strategic accounts - Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco and Kohl's. Coordinates sell through activities and seasonal asset updates for strategic accounts. Maintains strategic account reporting on a monthly basis. Marketing Admin Support:

Supports Sr. Marketing manager in the development and maintenance of the Seasonal Lifestyle and in studio shots lists and asset storage. Assists with ordering seasonal samples needs from China to ensure marketing has inventory for photo shoot, PR boxes and influencer outreach. Supports Marketing Director and VP Brand Marketing to build Seasonal Power Point Decks including Pitch Deck, Sales Meeting Deck, Marketing Styles GTM Deck, MBR Decks, etc. Manages marketing sample needs for shoots and PR. PR Support:

Maintains, orders and tracks PR requests as needed. Communicates weekly PR reports to share top hits and provide weekly updates. Updates PR hits on social to keep audience informed of key publications 'As Seen In'.

Qualifications and Competencies:

BS or MS/MBA with a concentration in marketing preferred. Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of brand and marketing experience with consumer-packaged goods products preferably in fashion apparel or accessories. Experience with Hootsuite, Mavrck and other social media platforms a plus. Experience planning multi touch point consumer journeys and developing digital content plans to support them. Wholesale or retail experience a plus. Must have experience in paid and owned social media platforms and content planning. Must be capable of working effectively for a high growth, face paced brand and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment. Must be able to be in the corporate office 2-3 days a week. Requires strong oral and written presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently with a pro-active style and a sense of urgency is required. Must be willing to travel when required and for in-person office meetings and events.
