Responsibilities
Responsible for accounting operations such as Billing, A/R, A/P and Payroll
Prepare Credit card and other Account reconciliations.
Participate in the Monthly Close Process, including ownership of various Deferred Revenue accounts and GL account reconciliations
Assist with monthly financial reporting, financial analysis and budgeting
Assist with Audit/Review/Tax requests
Assist with HR duties
Work closely with the CFO on ad hoc accounting and finance projects.
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Accounting.
2+ years of experience with knowledge of US GAAP
Experience with subscription revenue recognition
Experience with Yardi is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and with Google documents.
Tech Savvy and intellectually curious
Excellent communication and organization skills, with strong attention to detail;
Willingness to learn and pitch in.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
