As a leading provider of US mobile data services for large business and enterprise customers, DataXoom is looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing help center requests, via tickets or the occasional inbound call, to support and maintain existing customer accounts.

Requirements
  • Proven work experience in providing ticket-based help desk support and demonstrated ability to handle customer account requests and updates efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude, ensuring our customers' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Creative, adaptable, with the ability to troubleshoot abstract concepts, find solutions and connected the dots in an agile work environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, as you will be using this tool to process help desk support tickets and review data.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn about 5G/LTE data, mobile devices such as iPads, tablets, and wearables, and how these devices impact the workforce.
  • Display professional, positive, and courteous email etiquette when interacting with customers.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
  • Passion for our product, where you actively use it daily and think of ways to make it better, contributing to the success of our company and our customers.
  • Unwavering curiosity, always seeking to learn and improve yourself and those around you.
  • Organized with an eye for detail, possessing excellent organizational skills and a pixel-perfect attention to detail. You are proactive in following up and driving tasks to completion.
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • We are looking for someone who has a positive, "make it happen" attitude, an eagle-eyed attention to detail, both speed and accuracy in responding to customer account requests and is curious for learning about mobile data and devices such as phones, wearables, and tablets.
DataXoom believes in putting our customers first, tackling tough problems head-on, and simply trusting our employees to get stuff done. We offer full-time (8:30 - 5:30pm) and a hybrid office schedule.

This is an hourly position with a starting wage between $18 - $20/hour, commensurate with experience.
