The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex operational processes, driving continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experience. As an Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting strategic initiatives, optimizing day-to-day operations, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute cycle counts on a quarterly basis to maintain inventory accuracy. Conduct daily checks and balances on inventory counts to ensure system and physical alignment. Oversee and participate in the comprehensive annual stock take to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance. Main point of contact with the HQ logistics team, coordinating on inventory, shipments, and other logistics matters as needed. Streamline processes to ensure efficient receipt and dispatch of goods, while maintaining quality and timeliness standards. Oversee order processing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment while addressing any issues related to shipping, expiry dates, and batch codes. Serve as the primary contact for B2B partners, handling order management, inquiries, and ongoing communication to support strong client relationships. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the warehouse to maintain service levels and quality standards. Conduct monthly meetings with third-party logistics partners to review performance, resolve issues, and enhance processes. Reconcile invoices with the local finance team monthly, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to maintain budget alignment.
