Investment Analyst Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services
  • Proficiency in eMoney (certification preferred)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel (formulas and VLOOKUPs required)
  • Familiarity with Outlook and Salesforce
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field is preferred
  • Experience with Riskalyze, Stonewood Financial, Allianz, and various financial institutions is preferred
  • Previous paraplanning experience is a plus but not required
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team-oriented and client-focused
Investment Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Input financial information into various financial software tools to analyze cash flow, investment risk, and taxes
  • Review investment statements, tax returns, estate documents, insurance policies, and other client-provided documents
  • Construct financial plans based on information from advisors
  • Assist with approximately 20 preplans per month, working closely with the Director of Planning
  • Maintain strict organization and adherence to timelines and procedures
