SitusAMC is a leading provider of commercial real estate services, and we're seeking a highly skilled Investment Reporting Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approve and review system-generated reporting, queries, and client deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage communication with internal and external clients regarding loan servicing and related matters.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, quality standards, and management direction while meeting contractual deliverables.
  • Summarize research and respond to inquiries from lenders, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Design and build spreadsheet templates and financial models to analyze loan metrics and cash flows.
  • Ensure compliance with servicing standards and identify exceptions that require processing.
  • Prepare and deliver cash remittance reports and other reporting requirements for assigned portfolios.
  • Collect servicing fees through the remittance process.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism, and recommend process improvements.
  • Perform quality control on completed products and communicate results to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role.
  • Experience with Excel, including multiple formulas and macros.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
