Some serve by providing hands-on care or medical treatment, others serve by assisting behind the scenes, but they all play an integral part in creating comebacks.Here are just some of the ways Hope Network invests in you for all that you do:Wage starting from $50,000/yr (commensurate with experience) with bonus incentiveMedical, Vision, & Dental CareSupportive Work EnvironmentEducational ReimbursementCareer-PathingPaid TrainingEmployee Referral BonusGenerous Paid Time OffWith your help, we can take on the challenges, the barriers, the statistics, and the seemingly impossible.What you'll be doingConduct employer/business prospecting resulting in new or expanded relationships with customer's including committees, appointments, business meetings, and chamber events.Assure appropriate management of existing business relationships by establishing expectations of each customer and monitoring accounts.Facilitate the transition of new and established business relationships to the transportation operations team.Engage with established customers to gather feedback and assess their level of satisfaction with our services.Seeks out new market insights and business opportunities through research and analysis, including data gathering & reporting.Research economic trends in transportation, present findings clearly, and provide actionable recommendations.Represent Hope Network Transportation to our funders, community partners and/or support agencies.Timely completion of documentation and data tracking.Anticipated Work ScheduleMonday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible schedule)Evenings and weekends as needed to attend corporate and networking events.Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.At least one year of experience in sales, business management, or human services.Experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, or business education.Our strength lies in diversity - empowering us to meet the distinct needs of over 34,000 individuals we're honored to serve each year
