Title: Help Desk Analyst
Salary: $45-52k
Duration: Permanent Hire
Locations: On-site 5x/week, Fishers, IN
Hours/Shifts: Three rotating shifts - 6am-4pm, 7am-5pm, and 8am-6pm; 45 total hours/week
Must haves:
- 1+ years of experience working in a help desk role
- Experience working with ticketing systems - ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Plusses:
- ServiceNow ticketing experience
- Experience working with POS systems in the retail/service industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical phone support for all service locations and handle all incoming tickets via ServiceNow
- Will manage and maintain desktops and server computer systems, as well as configure and troubleshoot POS peripherals
- Partner with three other help desk analysts to support all internal stakeholders and ensure resolution is being handled in a timely manner
