Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Woodhouse Day Spa is a growing family-owned company. We are looking for a Spa Front Desk Manager to oversee the operations of our Woodhouse Zionsville location. This position has multiple responsibilities to keep you fully engaged within the operations of our company and will continue to challenge you to learn more. Spa Front Desk Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the spa
  • Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively to maximize bookings
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Maximize inventory for professional and retail use
  • Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze the spas overall performance
  • Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach
  • Ensures each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
  • Understands that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction
Essential Job Qualifications
  • Ability to operate as first in command reporting directly to the Owner/Principal.
  • Must be organized, dependable, a good trouble-shooter, and be able to resolve all issues.
  • Accountability to follow all protocols, procedures, and processes.
  • Must be comfortable delegating and providing direction.
  • Responsible for moving retail and cross-selling the services of the spa.
  • Must be relied upon to open and/or close the spa as required.
  • Maintain spa aesthetics and optimal operations of spa performance.
  • Computer literate and tech savvy
  • Ability to foster teamwork and strong communication skills
  • Accuracy of information and data entry
Education and Experience Requirements
  • 2 years of similar work experience in a management capacity
  • Spa experience preferred
  • Experience in guest relations and management is essential
  • Previous experience with administration, computers, organization, communication, retailing, and training.
  • BA in business administration, business management, communications, or equivalent experience
